How it all began......
Thanks for stopping by! We are D'n'A Bunnies from WI! We get our name from the first initials in our son's and daughter's name (Devin and Amara). We currently have almost every variety of netherland dwarf recognized by ARBA (and a few that aren't), but each have our favorite. Devin and Amara are working together on otters, himis, and siamese sables, but you'll be sure to find a few selfs and agoutis in this rabbitry as well. Larry (dad) and Marie (mom) are working on fawns and oranges, and mom is hoping to make a deal with the kids for her own otters as well.

Bet you didn't know...
Bet you didn't know....that llamas are to blame for the D'n'A Bunnies rabbit habit. From our very first walk through the rabbit show held in Jefferson, WI in mid-October 2005 (just to pass the time while we waited to show our llamas) we were hooked! We just couldn't believe all of the different colors, breeds and mostly all of the people who were more than happy to share their knowledge with us! We were, and still are, so impressed with the passion for this habit, how could we not participate?
Also, bet you didn't know that the dad behind this rabbitry, Larry had rabbits in high school? Yup, actually showed against a few of the current exhibitors in ARBA District 3 when they were all youth (but we won't mention any names)! He and his brother had satins, hollands, and dwarfs to name a few breeds!
